Ms. Kim In the Kitchen

Hello & good morning! 

One thing I miss about being at school is being able to go to the kitchen and make something. While our class primarily focused on making things like playdoh or gak in the kitchen, we were definitely interested in making food we could eat too! 

Through pictures on the Google Photos folder and one's I have been sent directly, it is evident a lot of you are helping your families cook at home! Whether it's pretend or real, it is so cool to see such interest in helping out in the kitchen, way to go 😊

There are so many different skills kids can practice while in the kitchen with their family. Not only are there countless math opportunities,  but also language, literacy, social/emotional, and even physical ones too! With that in mind, how can you incorporate your child's skill set into your daily kitchen adventures? 

Follow along with Ms. Kim as she prepares some quick biscuits! An easy and delicious way to spend on a chilly morning like today. Have a great Wednesday!

 Today was “the most amazing day” according to one friend! Thanks to PAT for leaving the glow party up for us! We also started working on a project that combines letters and numbers, it’s called a graph.

Not a Box!

Good  morning! Today, Ms. Kim is going to show you what she did with a box she found at home. She demonstrates using the core words and even has a special guest to help her with the video. Have you figured out what to do with a box you have at your house? What did you make? What can you make?  We are loving all of the different things some of you have made out of boxes! Keep those creative ideas flowing!!
