The thing with playdoh is that it usually ends up all over our floor. Such a bummer! Today, however, a happy surprise ensued as L noticed that something happened to it when it was stepped on.
We continued this playdoh shoe print activity outside so everyone had a chance to make a print of their shoe!
Every child and adult were quite fascinated by the differences in the prints our shoes make. The kids would comment on the different patterns and shapes they saw for everyone's shoe print. We love a good happy accident in the Pine room, they typically lead to some pretty interesting exploration activities.
