week 18 and our last of this year!

Hi Pine Family! Can you believe it is the last week we will see each other in 2022?! We have lots of fun things going on this week in celebration of the upcoming winter break and holiday season. Today we watched a special movie, ask your kiddo what it was about (The Snowman). We wore GREEN or RED today and counted how many people wore each color; ask your kiddo which one had more (Red had 4, Green had 6). Tomorrow is Family drop in! We welcome you to come in for drop off and participate in a short activity with your kiddo. We will have to say good-bye at 12:45 for some gross motor time. Please wear your favorite holiday outfit! Wednesday is PJ day!

Day 2 Pine Room Fun!

For our invitations we have our small world were we can tell stories about what our families like to do outside. In our dramatic play we are showing how we can care for others, including our baby dolls. Outside we are checking out how fun our giant snail and mud kitchen are.

Today was “the most amazing day” according to one friend! Thanks to PAT for leaving the glow party up for us! We also started working on a project that combines letters and numbers, it’s called a graph.

Not a Box!

Good  morning! Today, Ms. Kim is going to show you what she did with a box she found at home. She demonstrates using the core words and even has a special guest to help her with the video. Have you figured out what to do with a box you have at your house? What did you make? What can you make?  We are loving all of the different things some of you have made out of boxes! Keep those creative ideas flowing!!
