It doesn’t feel like winter break is on its way….

But it is only 2 weeks away! That’s right, only 8 more school days, until winter break! I hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather we’re being offered before winter sets in. Today we most certainly took advantage of being outside. For the next 2 weeks we will be focusing on the words LOOK and SEE, pretending to be a baker by creating shapes with dough, exploring outdoor winter life in our igloo, and playing in our Arctic themed sensory table.

Day 2 Pine Room Fun!

For our invitations we have our small world were we can tell stories about what our families like to do outside. In our dramatic play we are showing how we can care for others, including our baby dolls. Outside we are checking out how fun our giant snail and mud kitchen are.

Today was “the most amazing day” according to one friend! Thanks to PAT for leaving the glow party up for us! We also started working on a project that combines letters and numbers, it’s called a graph.

Not a Box!

Good morning! Today, Ms. Kim is going to show you what she did with a box she found at home. She demonstrates using the core words and even has a special guest to help her with the video. Have you figured out what to do with a box you have at your house? What did you make? What can you make? We are loving all of the different things some of you have made out of boxes! Keep those creative ideas flowing!!
